The check-in experience was great! From the moment you step into the hotel, you are attracted by its exquisite decoration and elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably furnished, and the bedding was soft and clean, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped, the toiletries are of high quality and have a pleasant aroma. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, and the service is attentive and meticulous. Whether it is the patient answers when checking in or the considerate service when dining in the restaurant, I feel the warmth of home. In terms of catering, a variety of breakfast types meet the needs of different tastes, with fresh ingredients and delicious cooking. The geographical location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation and close to many popular attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will choose here again next time I travel!

酒店的服務真的是沒得説了，百十來塊錢住的酒店沒有想到性價比居然那麼高，房間很大很乾凈又整潔。酒店周邊有大型的停車場對於我們這種帶車入住的客人是非常的方便的。入住當天有打印的需求，找了好幾個地方沒找到詢問了一下前台。前台告知酒店就可以打印，因為對word文檔不是很熟悉，所以前台幫忙打印的幫忙重新調整的格式又重新調整的字間距做的非常棒，感覺和專業的打印社做出來的東西是一樣的而且整次下來前台並沒有不耐煩的情況。晚上要去天津站接朋友，不想開車過去了，比較麻煩前台提出可以坐660路公交。説是距離酒店衹有二三百米的一個距離的地方。但是因為實在是對周邊不熟悉又多問了幾遍前台一位老姐姐看到了這個情況，主動引領着我往車站方向去，並且一直在後面囑咐怎麼走。當看我走到前面還有點迷茫時主動走了過來，把我領到了車站。雖然距離確實不是很遠，但是對於他的舉動我非常的感動，也都怪我們這種外地人其實真的是很近的一個距離就是找不到。我比較暖心的是酒店的服務，他在接到我們這種情形的客人的時候，沒有覺得不耐煩，因為確實是很近的一個距離前台和老姐姐説的已經很明白了但是因為自己是外地人所以就有點分不清東西南北也不知道該往哪兒走。即便是很近的距離也很難找到。但是酒店的員工們始終是耐心的去解答並且幫忙引領。這讓我感覺到了酒店的整體服務是相當的高的。還是那句話，百八十塊錢住的酒店能有如此高的性價，比如此完美的服務讓我真心為你們叫好。有機會會推薦朋友入住的。

該酒店可能是靠近北京的原因，公佈訂房訊息有玩小聰明忽悠顧客現象，讓你不注意情況下下單，錢付了房也訂了，到機場電話聯繫時要求加30元接機費用，説您訂的房沒接的費用（這種情況估計不是我一人上當，其次我走南闖北使用平台訂了那麼多訂單，也是第一次遇到），30元是小事，就感覺被套了被坑了😡再聊聊房間：一打開房間滿屋煙味，趕緊開窗户通風，前台還跟我説給我升級了，給我住402房間，估計不升級房間跟豬圈一樣，衣服沒敢脱湊合睡到天亮，衞生間的返臭味這讓你受不了，估計如家到最後怎麼倒閉的都不知道……無語！！！各位旅友們！訂房小心當心踩雷……！同時請商家誠信經營，不要搞小伎倆！
