1) I booked a room online, requesting a microwave oven in the room. And I paid some extra money for it. When I got into my room on the 10th floor, there was none. The front desk said there is a microwave in the lobby for everyone to use. Has the Trip.com wrongfully advertised by mistake? It made me feel like I had been scammed.
2) The (front door) stairs to get into the building are very high. Since there is no slope available, so be ready to lift up all your luggage by hand, and climb up the stairs yourself.
3) My room has a tiny window with not much view. I asked if I could change a room with a bigger window. The front desk said that all the rooms in the building are the same.
4) The hotel does not call taxi for their customers. If you do not have a phone with local number, you will have to stand on the street to wait for a taxi driving by. The phone in the room can't make phone call to the outside of the hotel.
