Some groups are unwilling to upgrade even if there are vacancies. This service really makes a difference. The super deluxe suite I stayed in was very good, suitable for a family of three or four with an extra bed. It is also suitable for weddings, etc. Anyway, I like the Chinese style. By the way, I think the garden view room should be good because the hotel setting is very good! Service: The front desk service was very good. There was a gentle and beautiful girl with long black hair. I don’t know if her name is Vicky. Anyway, she or they provided very good service. Disadvantages ① The midweek dinner was poor, with only a few hot dishes, noodles and a few cold dishes. Whether it is a 4.5 star or 5 star hotel, it is really a thunderbolt!!! The facilities are old, broken and dirty, and the hygiene is really bad... The carpet is full of oil spots and black stains. The wash basin is not cleaned properly, and it will block a pool of water after using it, so it can't be used! ! ! When taking a shower at night, the shower water flow is like a water gun, and the water temperature is really warm. I dare not take more showers, and the more I take showers, the colder it gets! ! ! The most speechless thing is that there is no warm air, and I can only rely on the heater that was delivered to keep warm. There is no exhaust system in the bathroom and the bathroom. I have to use the fresh air system to change the air... The noise is so loud, just like an airplane flying in the house... I stored a can in the refrigerator, and opened it the next day. This hotel is really a warm haven on the journey! The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and elegant atmosphere. I especially want to praise the service ambassador Wu Tong, who is enthusiastic, professional and meticulous, making people feel like spring breeze, and every need can be met quickly. The public environment of the hotel is also very good, the lobby decoration, outdoor greenery, and the interactive small animals have added a lot of good memories for our parent-child trip.
