This is good hotel for business travellers, rooms are very good, bathroom is very huge and superior. Restaurant is lovely and breakfast spread is rich.

it is a wonderful Holiday Inn facility, the service is first rate, I wish I took note of the receptionist while checking in, she was absolutely delightful .
Unfortunately, the location is slightly off, it will require a tax ride to all the high lights of the city of Tianjin. there are decent eateries around the hotel.

The staff at the front desk was really helpful. She really tried her best to be accommodating. However the western breakfast was not worth it compared to other Holiday Inns. It was served cold and definitely not worth 100 yuan.

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!
