設施：設施設備齊全，床鋪很軟很舒服，淋浴設施也很新很好用。天冷電暖器很暖和。
衞生：房間打掃的非常乾淨，地面都亮亮噠，所有桌面沙發扶手都沒有灰塵。房間乾淨沒有異味，比想象中要乾淨很多。
環境：小區停車不收費，而且樓下就是停車場，下車不用走幾步路就上樓了。這個房子簡直太讓我驚喜了，一開始看連結的時候沒想到會這麼大這麼乾淨，實際房間比圖片裏好太多了，每個房間包括兩個衞生間都有窗户，通風很好。而且坐在窗户前喝喝茶聊聊天看看外面也非常愜意。我們一家人都非常喜歡。
服務：房東小姐姐人特別好，非常熱情，還給我們推薦了附近吃飯個玩的地方。
總之這次出來我們全家人對各方面都特別滿意。👍

服務特別到位，熱情，老闆提前就會把房間密碼告知你，房間很乾凈。
當退房和老闆説可不可以延遲退房，補差價，老闆人很好，説沒事，可以延遲退房，特別好
周圍很安靜，樓下也有小賣店

這個公寓式酒店房間面積很大，空間舒適，在這個區域算是不錯的選擇了。洗澡間的面積可以設計的更合理一些。

剛進房間就看到落地窗的大陽台，空調還是櫃機，打開就很涼爽，住的最舒服的酒店，房間還能用小愛控制空調和燈，最主要的是乾淨，玻璃都能反光似的，看着就舒心，下次還會再來，出差就住這裏了。

首先，我下午洗澡發展兩瓶都是洗髮水，沒有沐浴露，找老闆她告訴我現在忙，能不能晚上送，我説好，結果到了晚上一直沒送，我等到10點多，她説給我忘了，讓我自己拿。第二天早上我説能不能送一下，她告訴我她不在，搞衞生的在另外一棟樓不方便，讓我自己去樓下拿。😓所以你們的員工不方便我就很方便了？
其次，除了衞生間，房間沒有紙，我問她，她直截了當告訴我房間不配紙，已經取消了😓
最後，雖然該有的服務她沒有，但是到了第二天早上10點就開始發消息，問你要不要續房，其實就是告訴你，你該走了，如果12點你還在房間裏，一小時10塊錢，要交錢😓
衞生方面，桌子很臟，地面膠黏😓
