一進門就看見馬桶上有頭髮，門口的停車場提前詢問的時候説已經停滿了，需要自己想辦法，emmmmmm基本上就當作沒有停車場了，地鐵出行，早餐和環境還是不錯的

設施：裝修風格乾淨復古
衞生：保潔阿姨和大爺都特別熱情 主動幫忙收拾垃圾準備備品
環境：整個酒店是洋房建築，就在天津站和海河邊，交通便利，服務設施齊全，附近的美食外賣很多，景點也很多 很方便
服務：服務人員都很熱情，主動打招呼，非常好
這次沒有體驗早餐 下次還想入住一下 順便體驗一下早餐 很滿意的一次入住體驗

衝著地理位置定的這家酒店，位置可以，帶着孩子在市內遊一圈，感覺這個位置對我們選擇的行程而言，除了離火車站稍微近點，就不是很方便，不如住天津之眼附近了。衝著離火車站近的話有更多其他選擇，衝著景觀的話如果不是景觀房，其他房型沒必要。
服務一般，服務人員不是很熱情，作為酒店前台，精氣神很重要，直接影響客人第一感受，第一感受就不是很好，所以對這家酒店的評價衹能用過得去形容了。

位置非常方便，去天津站很近，津灣廣場地鐵口就在路對面。
房間乾淨衞生，靠近街道，比較安靜，偶爾會聽到樓下車的聲音。
前台工作人員熱情周到。
早餐非常豐盛，中西餐都有。
稍有不足的是熱水温度不太高；另外馬桶蓋彈力太大，開關沒抬住會發出較大聲響；從房間出來如果能有標識指向電梯方向就好了。

環境：酒店位置特別好，就在火車站附近。挨着解放橋，走兩步就是地鐵口，去哪裡都方便，而且酒店的裝修也太漂亮了吧，不愧是百年建築，很歐式。房間外面還可以看見美麗的河景和世紀鐘，太完美了
衞生：房間衞生也不錯，各種物品都有提供，每天還有工作人員打掃衞生。
設施：床真的很好，睡着很舒服。每天都不想起來了，房間也很寬敞，還有乾濕分離的衞生間
總之就是非常好的一次住宿體驗吧，下次去天津還要住這裏！

認真的評論一下，我訂的河景房，價格5百多，感覺不值。
優點：酒店房間很大，位置很好，窗外風景很好，但是僅此而已了。
缺點：房間很大但是感覺裝修的很空，房間沒衣櫃，沒地方掛衣服，然後房間衹要有人走動，躺在床上都會感覺到地板震動，都衹敢輕輕走，這真讓人沒安全感，感覺隨時要塌了。廁所很大但是裝飾也很空，洗手枱很小，旁邊也沒有櫃子來放東西，就很小的兩個格子，淋浴噴頭也簡單，淋浴間地面是很滑的瓷磚，不知道是不是沒錢裝修了，這麼多問題。衞生衹做了表面，房間的桌子面上很乾凈，但是桌子邊上很臟，摸起來很黏的，肯定沒擦。房間外面就是景點和道路，搞個雙層玻璃做好隔音不行嗎？晚上有炸街車開過去，很吵而且感覺在震，你們的房間自己沒住過嗎？

房間很衞生，也挺大的。可以坐在窗邊看風景，樓下就是解放北路，離地鐵站，還有景點們都超近！冷氣足足的，這個季節住着超舒服！晚上還可以去美食節逛或者去夜景遊船，地理位置太好了！

位置十分便利，離天津站走路也就幾分鐘，離海河遊船碼頭天津站碼頭走路也就三四分鐘，離地鐵三號線走路也就二分鐘，去瓷房子意大利風情街不到一公里路，房間很安靜，衞生也挺乾淨的，房間不算小，雖然窗户外就是條街道，但是車流量和人流量都很少，窗户一關聲音就非常小了，去的是淡季，訂了兩種房型，都免費升級成了更好的房型，早餐味道也不錯，種類不多不少，但是該有的都有，周邊點外賣超級方便，很多好吃的，前台和保潔阿姨的服務態度都很好，下次去天津還會住你們家的，淡季房費真的便宜很多啊，下次還是淡季去
