I absolutely give this Shengyu Hotel a perfect score! On my second day, the staff proactively asked about my itinerary and thoughtfully reminded me it was raining that day, preparing an umbrella. When I checked out, I was in a rush to catch the high-speed train and left my charger behind. The front desk staff immediately arranged for a taxi to take me to the station, even refusing to charge for the errand. From start to finish, I felt valued. This kind of heartwarming service is truly rare!

This hotel is truly amazing! The location is convenient, with a view of Jinwan Square. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the service is excellent. Xiao Zhou is a great host, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It's a high-rise building, so the view is great, the facilities are clean, and the included breakfast was delicious. There are three subway stations nearby, so transportation is convenient, and it's close to ITC Mall, so there are restaurants like Heegaduk and Cheongnyeon Gongsa, so I'm 100% willing to visit again.

To be frank, the hotel is new, the view is lovely, the rooms are large, and the amenities are good. The two sinks are very convenient, and the shower water is hot and generous. However, there are a number of issues. 1. Regarding the construction noise issue mentioned by some, I booked the room based on a review that the renovations were complete. However, upon arrival, I discovered that while the Lang Li Zi's renovations were complete, another hotel directly below was also under renovations, with half of the lobby occupied. This hotel is also owned by the same company. The online response was a bit evasive. Fortunately, I was given a floor farthest from the renovations, otherwise I would have been incredibly upset. 2. We checked in at around 4:00 PM, but the room still wasn't ready. There were quite a few people waiting in the lobby, which suggests this isn't an isolated incident. Finally, it was almost 6:00 PM, and check-in wasn't complete until 2:00 PM. If you don't want to wait, you'll have to choose a room on a floor close to the renovations. 3. The smell of the renovations. There should be no formaldehyde smell, but the smell of wood is also very strong, and the corridor uses a strong fragrance to cover the smell. I sneezed as soon as I entered the corridor. If you are sensitive to smells, please be careful when staying here. 4. The breakfast is very simple, which is slightly better than that of an ordinary business hotel. Apart from the freshly made food stall, there is nothing to take. It is even worse than a certain restaurant. Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock. When I went there at 9:40, many things were gone. They were not replenished until I got the food. The pancakes and rice crust dishes were okay, but the wontons and buns were very unpalatable. 5. The TV screen could not connect to the hotspot twice. The staff came and debugged it for a long time before it could be used.

The room was very nice, the view was excellent, the night view from the panoramic room was very nice, the service from the front desk lady Zhao Lei was very good and considerate, I will come again next time [呲牙][呲牙]

The hotel is newly opened and feels quite good. Xiao Sun at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The location is also good and close to the attractions. It is convenient for travel. The room is also cool and comfortable.
