I booked a business king room, but the toilet was leaking. The customer service was very good and changed my friend and I to a family room on the 5th floor. However, the sound of water coming out of the water pipes in the room was very loud and lasted all night. I couldn't turn on my phone and fall asleep listening to novels.

Why are guests allowed to stay in such a hotel? When I checked in, I used the toilet door in the lobby, but the lock was broken. I couldn't open it once I got in. The hotel entrance hadn't been cleaned up yet. The red floor mat made me almost fall! As soon as you enter you can smell the strong decorative smell!
