The hotel is new and the location is very good. We love the facility and the breakfast! However, the front desk manager seems having an attitude towards us and she was upset with the other front desk girl as soon as she learned that we were offered the free breakfasts. We were not able to turn the AC on at the night for two nights.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a great hotel with good hardware, excellent customer service & a nice location at a reasonable price.
This hotel is very new & full of up to date technologies. It offers me a home from home cosy feeling. I like the breakfast options which covers Tianjin local cousins such as soya milk & tofu with gravy, nutritional whole food breakfast options like steamed sweet potato, cooked and fresh veg & fruits. Of course, if you just want some cereals, they have that too.
There are two features I love the most, laundry room & gym. I am sure quite a lot of travellers would value these too.
I would definitely come back when I visit Tianjin next time.

the hotel is very new, its very clean and nice and close to the 5th avenue. hotel staff was very friendly and offered hot tea the minute we walked in.

The room was initially arranged at the traffic light on the road. I was not sleeping well, so I called the front desk and they quickly arranged the adjustment. A handsome guy with a salary of 1.85 helped me carry my luggage and took my child out. I felt at ease with such considerate service. , slept soundly all night. The luggage was left at the front desk the next day, and before leaving, the front desk prepared warm water for us to drink on the road. The attentive service adds a lot of warmth during cold winter travel. Thanks!
