家庭房間很寬敞，這次入住體驗非常棒！房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。酒店的服務人員熱情周到，讓人感覺像回到家一樣温暖。地理位置也很方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。全季的體驗果然名不虛傳，酒店裝修豪華大氣，房間設施一應俱全，細節做得很到位，從入住時的歡迎飲品，到房間裏的精緻小擺件，處處都能感受到用心。強烈推薦！

從我們進入酒店，香薰的味道，就有股公共廁所的感覺。去前台辦入住，我們説是攜程訂的，工作人員告訴我們攜程客人是不可以延遲退房的，十二點必須退。如果從酒店定，升級會員才可以延遲退房，讓我頭一次感覺攜程用户一點保障沒有。然後進入房間，打開門就看到床品鋪的很粗糙，想掛衣服，發現傢俱衣架上都是灰塵，再想去洗手，水龍頭上的水漬，讓我感覺衞生做的很差。點的外賣，機器人送餐首先沒給我們打電話，我們等了十多分鐘，開門發現機器人送餐，前台房間號還輸錯了。又讓又重新送了一次，又等了十多分鐘，收到了麪都坨了。根本沒法吃。整體的入住感覺很差。特意從攜程找個評分高的，真是太讓人失望了。

環境好，房間大，前台有禮貌，有需要的東西找前台要酒店有的前台也都給了，很滿意哦。前台安排的陽面，暖和死了哈，外面一度的天氣在房間裏不開空調都顯熱。
唯一一點不足就是酒店偏 凌晨 不好點外賣，正常時間點是沒問題，建議點外賣的可以先確定位置自己看一下，或者在外面玩的時候買好吃的帶回酒店。
不過樓下有趙一鳴零食超市，打車6min左右也就到地鐵站了所以我覺得OK的。而且感覺天津真的沒什麼好玩的，還是住的開心最重要😋
