The front desk staff was amazing! They were so helpful and kind. The upgrade to the suite was really unexpected and very nice. The location was good, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that we tried to eat at the Chinese restaurant on Saturday night, and they weren’t prepared for walk-in customers. It was very strange. Overall great place to stay.

酒店一如既往的好。4年前曾在此住過2天，印象很好，這次是途經需停留一晚，果斷繼續選擇他家。酒店停車場很大，適合自駕旅行人士，停車方便安全。早餐品種豐富，有很多當地特色。客房衞生更是無可挑剔，毛巾和浴巾都是消毒後獨立包裝的，還有浴室的拖鞋也是消毒包裝好，這點特別好，讓人安心。

酒店位置很不錯，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。進大堂迎面就是前台小姐姐熱情親切的打招呼，房內整潔乾淨，離景區也比較近，去盤山和獨樂寺10分鐘左右車程，可能是五一酒店附近有馬戲團表演[偷笑]，很熱鬧，婚宴比較多，午餐沒有定上位置，前台小姐姐把餐幫忙推到了房間，用完餐又幫忙把餐具收了出去，可以説對我們是一條龍服務了[偷笑]順便説一句小姐姐的旗袍很漂亮哦！

房間是歐式的，空間非常大，還有陽台，歡迎水果和茶點，很驚喜。雙床房床品很舒適，適合帶孩子來～去哪都很方便。因為到的有點晚，所以沒有直拍，和網上圖片一模一樣～

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。酒店10年了，設施確實有點老化了，但小姐姐挺年輕，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好。

五一旅遊太火了，薊縣房價都翻了好幾倍，這家雖然有上漲但是幅度還是比較良心的。酒店佔地很大，但是房間數量並不多。餐飲和停車場佔了大部分地方，住宿衹有C座5層樓。而且也不是中間走廊兩側房間。衹有一側是房間，走廊另外一側都是窗户。所以雖然入住當天滿房，但是人並不顯得多。入住時前台給兩個孩子送了草帽，團扇和彩繪用的顏料，孩子還是挺喜歡的。第二天早餐熱菜數量雖然不多，但是味道都不錯，有漢堡、巧克力噴泉、麻醬雞蛋、豆皮油條這些比較有特色的。現做的有餛飩和麪條，不過衹有四個灶眼人多時有點跟不上，麪條沒有鹵衹有炸醬辣醬葱花蝦皮這些，建議增加上。餐飲前台要收孩子的早餐費，後來前台退房時很nice的贈送了，還給兩個孩子送了爆米花，整體體驗還是非常不錯的，如果有泳池就更適合帶孩子在酒店裡泡一泡了。

本以為定的特價房，房型會不太好，沒想到前台直接給升級了，可能當天入住的人不是特別多，給安排了高樓層中間的位置，景色很不錯，客房大姐還送了小點心，這個價位性價比很高了，服務也很熱情尤其前台，一邊辦入住一邊介紹酒店，房間的拖鞋也是消毒包裝的，給人的感覺很安心，總之很不錯啦！五一的時候準備再來！
