It’s a serviced apartment, so there wasn’t anyone manning the reception counter at the lobby. You will need a China phone line to call the person, it’s lucky that I managed to get a local to help to call. The lift to go up need to be accessed using a token like pass. All communications are via WeChat, even instructions for the room pin passcode. I was informed that there was no water from 9.30am till late on my last day as the building undergoing maintenance.

The environment is nice and quiet. The facilities are clean and relatively new. There is also a refrigerator. It's great. The Tianta Scenic Area Park is downstairs. You can take a stroll when the weather is good.
