唯一的優勢就是便宜，不過一分錢一分貨，大家懂得。
首先位置很偏僻，如果晚上一個女生打車過去的話我感覺會害怕，在一個院子裏面，雜草很多。
設施：新建的，所以設施還OK
我不太理解的是晚上入住的時候房間門大開着，蚊子超級多的好嗎？😓剛進屋幾分鐘就被叮了大包。我可以理解可能新房子有甲醛味道，但可以放乾淨再開業哦。
衞生：屋裡有剛裝修的甲醛味就不説了，開空調之後有一股怪味，臭臭的，不知道是管道還是什麼。
裝修還比較明亮所以我覺得還算是乾淨，可是我發現了不止一衹小飛蟲🐛哎真的有點😵💫

幫我們財務主管定的房，主管説415那個房間那個窗户怎麼也關不緊，有個一指多的縫無論怎麼樣都一直關不上，北方冬天晚上的風一直一直吹，把我主管的肩周炎吹復發了，主管説以後再去天津出差讓我再也不許定他們家了，雖然主管沒有怪我，但是我感覺我的職業遇到了危機……
