汉庭酒店（天津北辰区政府京津路店）

I drove with my family to spend the weekend in Tianjin last year. Search for nearby restaurants on Reviews. I thought this hotel was in a good location, so I made a reservation online. Drive directly to the parking lot. After parking the car, check in at the counter. The overall feeling is pretty good. First impression is pretty good. The service of the lady at the counter is quite good. The room view is also good! The CP value is good.

I was very dissatisfied. When I checked in, I was given a room where others had used the bathroom, and the toilet was not flushed! The front desk asked us to change rooms, but there were hairs on the bath towels in this room. I asked to change them. After waiting for half an hour, they gave me two new ones and there were still hairs. I asked the front desk to ask the manager to explain, and the front desk said that the manager would be asked tomorrow. Contacted me, I went out the next morning and told the front desk to clean it, but it was not cleaned until I went back at 2pm, and the manager did not come forward or contact me to explain. It was really bad! Everyone, please avoid lightning

酒店位置挺方便的，還有停車場可以免費停車，我們是三個人出去玩的，訂的家庭親子房，房間舒適。但是我12點去酒店前台不讓住，平台上面的客人衹能夠2點才能入住，想住的話衹能夠加錢🥲🥲，我是把行李寄存之後吃完飯才入住的，入住的時候前台拿着我的手機給我下載了一個軟件，我當時老無語了。因為酒店在路邊，晚上睡覺能聽到車過的聲音，3點才睡，第二點8點又爬起來出去玩，一整天超級困，但是在天津玩的很開心
