1⃣️The room ticket stated that there was no breakfast, but it turned out that there was a breakfast ticket. The front desk did not say that the small round piece of paper was a breakfast roll. I am not unreasonable. When I often stay at the hotel, the front desk will tell me which floor and what time breakfast is. This is the best. Basic right? With two children, I was in a hurry and didn't notice when I checked out the next day. 2⃣️The children in the room they live in complain that there are bugs as soon as they go to bed. There are many bugs in the bathroom. One or two can always be found in the bathroom, on the mirror, on the quilt, and on the wall. 3⃣️The floor cleaning was not done well, and the children’s feet turned black after walking around barefoot. 4⃣️The receptionist didn’t even mention the welcome fruit that I ordered for one point. It’s not that I care about this fruit, but why don’t you give it to me if you have it?

Service: It’s too bad. I went there at 3pm and was told there was no room. I waited for 40 minutes. What about my four-hour early check-in privilege? Not to mention that I didn’t use the privilege at all. I arrived at the store after 15:00 and I didn’t have a room yet. What if I really went early? Four hours have passed? I don’t want you to keep me waiting for long~
