I liked it better at first, but this bed board directly broke my leg. I asked the hotel for some ointment or band-aid, but after a long time, I didn't get a reply. What's the solution, is to change my room and give me two breakfasts? ? ? I want to go to bed after taking a shower, do I still have to get up and change rooms? I'm staying in a hotel alone, and I have one breakfast, and two more are given to me? Is this how things are handled? Then I went to have breakfast the next morning and took the wrong elevator. There are no signs or signs at all! As for breakfast, haha

The room was clean and tidy, and the parking was very convenient. The location is very close to the town of Florence. The environment at the door is great with the central lake and park. 入住當天非常冷，最低温度6度街上已經有人穿羽絨服，但是房間空調不能制暖，問前台以後説空調衹能製冷不能制暖，暖氣要等統一供應，非常不合理，惡劣天氣就衹能凍着睡一晚上，因為被子是薄被子，問前台怎麼辦，也説沒有辦法，睡起來第二天已經凍得感冒。 其次衞生非常不合格，在用了一條浴巾之後發現旁邊浴巾上有前一名住客的頭髮，因為本人染了黃頭髮，並且浴巾沒有動，頭髮在上面纏繞，説明房間用品根本不更換！！！作為一個連鎖酒店浴巾竟然都不更換
