This was our second visit to the same hotel. We had been waiting for our room quite a while cuz it was not ready upon check in. However it didn’t affect our mood during the stay. This location is really convenient. Recommend for short trip.

I booked the suite room as I usually do. The room wasn’t ready. Check in was scheduled for 14:00 but my room only became available at 19:00. It seems to be a trend at the hotel. The room is seemingly available when you book but when you arrive it’s a different story. The reason being is that it’s the only the room with a bathtub. The hotel compensated by placing us in a temporary room for the 5 hours . The staff at the front desk is friendly. Their manager seemingly speaks conversational English able to facilitate the check in well enough. The rooms are clean.

My stay at Atour Hotel was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby until departure the hotel staff made sure I felt welcome. The rooms are clean and I’d recommend this to anyone.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at under ***. The soundproofing is comparable to that of a public toilet partition. I was awakened three times by loud crosstalk in the hallway at 12:45 AM, and then again at 7:45 AM. The voice assistant next door was amplified against the wall, and I don't know whose room it was directed to. There's also a speaker downstairs facing the street, and it feels like the glass is just there to let in the wind. The door sills were ridiculously high, and it was a struggle to get my suitcase in through the extremely damped hallway. There was a lingering smell in the room. I used to think that choosing *** would at least avoid pitfalls, but now I'm reconsidering ***.
