來跑天津馬拉松，哪都不錯，就是這個公寓讓我不舒服，房卡丟了一張，扣我交的一百按金，他説不扣可以，讓我去補卡，我這着急趕飛機，我哪有時間給他補卡，這不就是知道我不能去補卡，商量無果，錢收了，我也是無語了

這次天津行最爛的酒店，沒有之一。老闆掛的圖片和入住房間貨不對板不説，那個態度差得衹想作嘔！最終和去哪兒協商，沒有入住，退了200元。滿屋一股劣質空氣清洗劑味道，床沿完全塌陷，老闆強詞奪理説，床不是坐的，是睡的。衞生間玻璃門對着床鋪，擦屁股都得頭抵着玻璃門，太差了了太差了，噩夢！！！千萬避雷這家酒店！！！！

成家公寓在天津南開區奧城公寓位置不難找，有水上公園東路和體育中心兩個地鐵站。
特價房在最邊上。沒有別的房間，換不了房間的。
沐浴露是一包一包的，有吹風機。蚊香液找前台要。
房間裏有兩瓶冰露礦泉水。兩條浴巾兩條小毛巾。沒有踩腳的地巾。
退房時間12點。不能延時的。
一白按金。
樓下路邊停車一小時6，

民泊としてはリーズナブルだと思いますが、外国人は自分で警察に行き、臨時宿泊登記を自力で手続きする必要がある様です。予約サイトでは外国人宿泊可となっていますが、この宿では臨時宿泊登記を代行してくれなかった様で、警察から携帯電話に直接連絡が来た挙句、出国の際に「宿泊登記が確認出来ない」との理由で30分足止めをくらいました。結果的には拘束や罰金徴収などなく放免されて無事出国出来ましたが、肝を冷やした経験となりました。臨時宿泊登記の必要性は充分認識していたつもりでしたが、チェックインの際にパスポートのコピーを取られたので、てっきり手続きを代行してくれたものと思い込んでしまいました。反省です。
