房間設施很差，兩張床，其中一張硬的同木板，躺下一分鐘起來就腰疼，另一張床軟的，但手放上去就能摸到彈簧，更別説全身躺下了一節一節的彈簧硌的沒法睡，彈簧響都不是問題，硌啊，帶着長者孩子住都叫苦連連，屋裡要啥啥沒，微波爐，冰箱，一次性碗筷，洗澡防滑墊，插線板，衣撐子，床頭燈啥都沒…兩個床的充電地方都在床尾，真是無力吐槽，最後我發現，我定的是屹朗園，但給我安排的是旁邊的朗福園小區！跟圖片完全不符，沒有一絲温馨！

房間乾淨整潔，地方又很大，有餐廳，陽台還有桌椅，適合曬曬太陽，有幾本小孩子看的書和帳篷，小朋友喜歡，有洗衣機和晾衣架，東西很齊全，洗澡水很大，小區很安靜，出門不遠就能看到國家海洋博物館，步行一公里以內，來這附近玩，住這裏真的不錯。

來天津玩本來選擇酒店，網上看攻略説民宿也不錯，價格比酒店也低很多，由於帶着小朋友，選擇了這家帶主題的民宿，和圖片一樣，衞生很好，空間也夠大，環境也不錯，適合帶着家人旅遊入住，經濟實惠，體驗非常棒！推薦

清明假期錯峯出遊，帶孩子到國家海洋博物館玩，訂的這家民宿，總體感覺非常好，首先房間衞生很好，乾淨整潔，設施也齊全一次性拖鞋，一次性洗漱用品都有，出門不遠就是海邊，傍晚溜個彎，吹吹海風，看看海鷗，真的好愜意，好舒服，房主服務也特別好，還給推薦了到南灣公園吊螃蟹，小朋友真的玩美了，釣了好多小螃蟹，真的不虛此行，住的好，玩的好，強烈推薦

簡直是親子出遊的夢中情房。女兒特別喜歡，兩個大床，一家三口也睡得很舒服。落地窗可以看到很美的夜景，白天也能看見海。設施很齊全，房間很温馨乾淨。車是停在小區外的路邊，吃飯的話我們是去的附近愛琴海一個購物廣場，早餐可以自己準備，也可以開車去附近有個集市。總之非常滿意。

整體感覺不錯，知識打掃衞生的沒發現鍋沒洗。我們自己自己才熱的牛奶，附近沒什麼飯館。我們還帶了自己的床單。

帶孩子出來看海鷗，臨時定的這家民宿，因為離海邊近，沒想到還不錯，乾淨衞生，環境優美，房東服務熱情，還給推薦了釣螃蟹的地方，提供工具，真是太周到了，給這家民宿一個大大讚！
