去往東北旅遊，順路來到天津，我們一行8人入住五大道希爾頓歡朋酒店，定了4個房間，這是我們第二次入住這家牌子的酒店了，感覺一如既往的好，地理位置優越，出入方便，距離每個景點都才15分鐘到20分鐘的車程。酒店給我們升級了高級豪華房，雖然房間略小，但客房服務、酒店前台都很熱情周到，早餐豐富，煎餅果子非常好吃，都忘記照相了。
因為我們是晚上很晚的火車離開天津，酒店還給我們提供了3點退房的優有待，我們感覺很温馨

1.一到就説給升級客房，實際是衹讓選擇電梯和樓梯旁的房間，隔音極差。
2. 看了四個房間，衹有第四間房間沒有煙味。但第四間房間有大蒜味。2025了要求無煙房是什麼過分要求嗎？但前台硬説煙味是香薰味。厲害哦
3. 下午兩點半到三點半水箱治理。但導致當夜十一點沒有熱水洗澡。無解決方案，衹能一身臭汗但不洗澡睡覺。
4. 第二天早上刷牙放出來的水都是鐵銹水，無法刷牙。一手鐵銹水。
5. 前台無客服，要不不接電話，要麼接了電話自己去前台拿東西。反饋水的問題，解決方案是沒有的，也不想理你
6. 沒有基本的客人私隱保護，手機號碼沒有掩碼處理。衹要酒店想要，就可以不經過客人同意，通過入住客人訊息，私自加客人私人微信
7.想要靠全額退款引導客户取消真實攜程交易訂單，讓客户無法真實留評
8.唯一沒問題的就是衞生，酒店衞生情況很正常

五大道希爾多歡朋酒店的地理位置很好。步行5分鐘，就是海河上河，峯會期間，海河真的很熱鬧很漂亮呀，適合city walk, 樓下也有星巴克服務站。很適合我們這些商旅人士，特別方便。推薦大家來入住！

晚上臨時定的，半夜一點半，隔壁來了一對情侶，看電影聲音特別大，被吵醒後聯繫前台，想換個安靜的房間，特別感謝9月4日晚上一點多的前台小姐姐，短髮，個不高，瘦瘦的，忘記問名字了，態度特別好，聯繫後不到五分鐘，上來帶我看房換房間，拿了好幾張空房卡讓我選房間，讓我能安靜睡個好覺，必須給這個小姐姐點贊👍👍👍

酒店位置很好，清凈，距離五大道不到兩公里，有停車場，很方便，前台服務熱情，早餐二樓，88一位，感覺早餐差了一點點，發現天津酒店的早餐都不太好，上次住天津站的也是這樣！改善一下吧，其他城市同一品牌的都挺好

deducted 1 star due to service that could be improved. I can see staff hiding behind the pillar not helping out in the front desk.
Wasnt a good reputation to the hotel.
I have been supporting this hotel for a while and it was usually a plesant experience with them.
Theres laundry self service station, decent breakfast. and most of the time helpful staff.
