環境很好，乾淨整潔，房間超級大，而且很隔音，床品什麼的都是新的，暖氣開的很足，在房間裏面一點也不會着涼，點外賣有小機器人送上來，客房阿姨還會根據我的作息習慣來問我是否需要打掃，好評，下次還會來

應該是屬於天津的開發區 ，離地鐵站大概有1km左右 ，新開的酒店 ，全屋智能，可免費停車 ，從地鐵站到意大利風情街坐地鐵大概一個小時左右 挺方便的 ，就是過年期間去的 沒有早餐
走路20分鐘左右 就是宜家東麗店，離山姆開車20分鐘左右

這次入住我非常滿意，前台服務非常熱情，房間也非常乾淨，還有智能馬桶和小度開關燈，小度能播放音樂，打開空調，可以在床上躺平了，2樓還有個洗衣房，洗衣服烘乾也非常方便，直接第二天就能穿乾的衣服了，出差也不用帶那麼多衣服，不錯不錯！

好評 好評 這是一個好評八卦～當天入住的時候 正好前台有一個人在開鐘點房 聽前台意思是説是收60的擔保 不超時就原路退回，然後那個男的就發出了嗤之以鼻的聲音，抱着看熱鬧的心態在大廳沙發坐了一會，哈哈哈～然後～字太多打不開了～控住不住我的分享欲～
總之就是～ 一個鐘點房 換了三間好像是説房間朝向不滿意還是啥[破涕為笑][破涕為笑][破涕為笑] 但是我住的挺好的，就給好評（（*^∀^））👍🏻 哈哈哈～

好評，入住的時候有一個人要晚上用那個用二樓自助洗衣房洗衣服，酒店洗衣房牌子上都標示了8-22點可使用，因為我住2樓，正好出電梯聽到，用的旁邊電話給前台打，讓前台給開，前台可能是拒絕了他的無理要求，因為後面並沒有洗衣機響的聲音，這個酒店的規章制度還挺好的，其他方面應該也錯不了，明天還續住他家

東麗這家維也納位置相對比較安靜，旁邊是小區，晚上不吵，
環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，
設施完善，二樓有洗衣房烘乾機和晾衣架，
餐廳的早餐也非常豐盛，炒菜，包子，玉米，麪條，餛飩，豆漿，油條，咖啡，水果，烤腸，非常全面。
