Room was good. I really love the location walking distance to Tianjin eye. The only issue was remote TV unable to use (had informed staff, they tried changing remote battery but still not working). The rest I had a pleasant stay.

+ Great place for a short stop. Everything you need is nearby. Convenient access for taxis. There is a beautiful embankment nearby. Not far away is a pedestrian street with many different souvenir shops, cafes, snack bars. The room has everything you need. A free minibar is included (no alcohol). - Stains on the carpet in the corridor between the rooms spoil the overall impression. I did not find coffee at breakfast. I did not wait for a replenishment of watermelon and yogurt.

I had an excellent stay at UrCove by Hyatt.

I had very good cooperation with the hotel staff, they trying to help me even cannot speak English, also some of them can speak English very good and there's nothing I can complaint, the breakfast is a local Chinese breakfast, but okay, the place also very near the Aye of Tianjin, the nearby shop, close to many attractions, just by walking. And Autumn in Tianjin is very nice...♥️

Nice and cozy hotel, great location cause it’s very near the eye of Tianjin which is just across the hotel but slight away from the shopping area. The room is very clean and even provide Dyson hair dryer!! Overall is a good stay hotel, hotel staff are very friendly to let us check in early when the room is available and clean. Minus point is at night there isn’t any aircon and it’s very hot during the mid autumn season.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. A good location close to Tianjin Eye. You can walk to a food street, where you can buy traditional Tianjin food.
The breakfast is ok but it’s more the Chinese style. For western guests they provide coffee, some toast, jam and some sausage. Don’t expect too much from it.

Excellent location. The hotel offers an extensive list of amenities you can order on a tablet. A cute robot will tend to send the amenities to your room. Love it.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. I like the design, location and cleanliness. The hotel looks quite new. I also enjoy the breakfast. It has a lot of selection. The foods are good. It's better than a lot of other 4 star hotels.
