酒店非常新，床品睡覺非常舒服，給的房間位置也很好，各方面設施都很齊全，經濟型酒店中很舒服的了。酒店早餐也提供的豐富，我們是單加的早餐，這個價位來説真的很可以了。房間很大。停車免費，就是每次出去最好前台都再掃碼一次比較方便出入，説是刷一次管24小時，但實際上過了零點又失效了。機場班車是每個整點，也免費，提前預約。
服務：
就是辦理入住時要掃微信開會員這個點讓人有點不知所雲。
華住會不需要這樣的方法招攬會員的。本身服務做好就自然顧客多啊。

果然選連鎖酒店就不會錯！！！！房間超級大，設施也很新，配套用品都很齊全，前台服務也非常好，送機接機服務都很不錯～不過就是要注意是整點接送，錯過了的話需要等比較長時間。附近有吃的店鋪可以選擇，也可以選擇外賣，很多本地美食都可以送到～

乾淨，安靜，温暖。入住手續方便快捷；前台小哥禮貌、耐心；接送機服務態度非常好，司機師傅為人穩重不失熱情，駕駛技術好，主動提供幫助，凌晨接送，非常辛苦，我一個人帶80歲老母親，行李多，還有輪椅，讓人備感温暖。

非常滿意的一次選擇！這裏的環境好！衞生好！設特別是有智能服務！最值的表揚的是前台接待的星小程，除了熱情服務之外更讓我感動的是幫助我解決了手機的故障！這對於我們上了年紀的人來説真是莫大的幫助！藉此機會我再次對這位小姑娘表示感謝！

對於接機師傅很滿意，服務態度好，我們晚上十點多落地師傅來接了，但是前台服務態度一般，我們晚上太累了就睡到中午，顯示十二點退房，前台十一點剛過就開始打電話，我們按照要求續住兩小時49元。到兩點我們下去退房，前台莫名其妙讓我掃碼，拿着我的手機隨意發驗證碼，隨意登陸並沒有提前和我溝通這是在幹嘛，擺弄一番過後讓我填個人訊息身份證號等。結果我倆個手機都不能開通，又讓我對象來弄，到最後就是開通了華住會會員，會員費49才給延遲退房。我們並不是不接受這個行為，但是你作為服務人員你起碼得先通知我們一下吧。
我們出來玩半個月了從來沒碰到過這種情況真是服了

上一個城市住了星程，這個城市依然選擇華住會星程。因為航班延遲，師傅也很貼心接機，入住已經凌晨了。前台小哥也很贊，退房下雨了☔️，經理還執意拿傘送我，謝謝🙏
最大的感受：房間很安靜，很愛那個枕頭。服務人員愛崗敬業。
客服阿姨，也很禮貌👍，期待下次入住
