乾淨，安靜，温暖。入住手續方便快捷；前台小哥禮貌、耐心；接送機服務態度非常好，司機師傅為人穩重不失熱情，駕駛技術好，主動提供幫助，凌晨接送，非常辛苦，我一個人帶80歲老母親，行李多，還有輪椅，讓人備感温暖。

對於接機師傅很滿意，服務態度好，我們晚上十點多落地師傅來接了，但是前台服務態度一般，我們晚上太累了就睡到中午，顯示十二點退房，前台十一點剛過就開始打電話，我們按照要求續住兩小時49元。到兩點我們下去退房，前台莫名其妙讓我掃碼，拿着我的手機隨意發驗證碼，隨意登陸並沒有提前和我溝通這是在幹嘛，擺弄一番過後讓我填個人訊息身份證號等。結果我倆個手機都不能開通，又讓我對象來弄，到最後就是開通了華住會會員，會員費49才給延遲退房。我們並不是不接受這個行為，但是你作為服務人員你起碼得先通知我們一下吧。
我們出來玩半個月了從來沒碰到過這種情況真是服了

上一個城市住了星程，這個城市依然選擇華住會星程。因為航班延遲，師傅也很貼心接機，入住已經凌晨了。前台小哥也很贊，退房下雨了☔️，經理還執意拿傘送我，謝謝🙏
最大的感受：房間很安靜，很愛那個枕頭。服務人員愛崗敬業。

房間空間夠大，最主要要贊一下服務。由於晚上要加被子，前台小吳忙完特意想着幫我送上來。服務很貼心。第二天早上，孩子有三張作業需要打印，鑫鑫又熱情幫忙。 就這小吳和鑫鑫的暖心服務下次有機會還會選擇星程。

房間很大，服務很好，早餐的種類很多，面有很多澆頭，接送機也很方便，路程大概離機場12分鐘車程，住的很舒服還有洗衣房

酒店位置稍偏，但周圍很安靜。步行10多分鐘可以到達奧特萊斯，周邊有很多餐飲可以選擇。酒店有內部停車場，可以免費停車。酒店內部條件不錯，房間比較乾淨，隔音也好。客房服務員打掃及時，服務熱情。三樓有洗衣房，一樓有餐廳可以用早餐，餐食種類和品質還可以。退房時前台的女服務員小吳服務很好，熱情周到。下次來培訓還會選擇在這家入住。
