在天津分公司出差，本想着當天回京，結果開會開到夜裡十一點，火車都沒得了，外面又在下大雨，幸好中午有預見性的訂了寫字樓隔壁的酒店式公寓，價格便宜還近
晚上快十點時估計公寓老闆看我還不來，就主動聯繫我，詳細告訴我怎麼自助拿門禁和進房門以及Wi-Fi
房間是開間，窗户明亮，空調給力，冰箱、彩電、洗衣機等主要電器都有，桌上提供兩瓶免費礦泉水，衞生間有一次性洗漱用品，洗澡熱水也是隨時都有，床單位也很乾凈，床墊有點硬，不過我也不喜歡太軟的床，
房間性價比還是不錯的。

有一天空調壞了，我通知酒店這邊的人，他們都很快安排師傅來維修，他們也説如果修不好就給我換房間。他們基本上的安排都很好。

環境：樓下有一家瑞幸、周圍環境也還不錯 就是沒有地鐵 出去基本靠打車
