I booked this place because I thought the location was convenient. I don't have any big complaints about the room. The front desk service was very good and enthusiastic. Seeing that there were children, they took the initiative to give children's dolls. My request for a quilt was not excessive at all. Hotels are for sleeping, and the most indispensable things are quilts and bath towels. They said they didn't have any. What kind of hotel is it if they don't have enough quilts. After asking many times, a quilt was finally delivered. There was no mini bar, no capsule coffee machine, and mineral water was not generously delivered. I had to urge them eight times. It was also my fault that I didn't hang up the Do Not Disturb function (because I can usually get up after 9 o'clock, and I have never encountered anyone who came to collect the room too early). The aunt came to knock on the door at 9 o'clock. I was in a connecting room (after knocking on the door on the left, I said I was not awake yet, and just after getting into bed, she knocked on the door on the right. I was so depressed). When I checked out, I needed a luggage cart to load my luggage, so they really sent me a luggage cart. My dad still had to move the luggage and push the luggage cart (the first time I encountered a situation where there was only a cart and no service staff). Forget it, it's my fault. I knew what Hilton was like, but I still booked it. There will be no next time.
