This is my second stay at Holiday Inn Zhongbei. We were warmly received by the front desk staff and the room was upgraded to a large room, which is very spacious and comfortable, with a very wide view. The hotel facilities are also very good. I was lucky enough to go swimming. I felt very good and felt refreshed! The night view at night is also beautiful. Recommend friends to come to Zhongbei Holiday Hotel for a short stay.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 4 Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. The environment of the hotel is hygienic and clean. Ada, the lady at the front desk, provides good service. There is also a robot in the hotel to deliver things. It is very trendy, and the breakfast is rich. Recommended!

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!
