這個酒店是我在攜程上訂的最差的一個酒店，首先前台的服務態度很差，我去到前台説號碼或者姓名拿房間，前台居然説沒有這個電話號碼訂房訊息，後來再説名字也説沒有這個名字訂房間。把我搞懵了，還以為自己走錯了酒店。邊納悶邊打開攜程訂單給前台小姐看，問前台小姐，這個酒店不是你們酒店嗎。前台小姐這才反應過來，哦，原來攜程訂的嘛。好吧，幾經周折終於拿到了房間，準備沖涼發現沒有吹風筒，打電話給前台送，結果電話又打不通，打幾次都打不通，好吧，那就下去前台問吧，去到前台，前台小姐説不可能沒有吹風筒，我説，你覺得不可能那你就現在去找出來。前台聽我叫她自己去找，她就不犟了，説等下就送來，結果一等再等，等了一個多小時，風筒還沒送來，我就生氣了，直接沖到一樓去，你們的酒店是沒風筒了嗎，送一個風筒送了一個多小時不見送來，後來又等了半個鍾，風筒終於送來了。總之前台小姐的服務相當的差，語氣也不好！
説完服務，現在説下衞生吧，第一床上又頭髮，整套被套都有爛洞，燒水的水壺裡面有銹跡斑斑，浴缸裏面還有清潔的水未乾。窗户也不能完全鎖上，鎖是壞的。還好我當時住7樓，不然一個晚上都睡不着！
停車方面也不是很方便，就酒店門口大概有七八個車位吧，沒位停了就要停在別人公共停車場，暫時小區未見收費，不夠走過來應該有兩三百米遠，關鍵是是否安全呢。
我從來不差評任何酒店的，今天在此寫這麼多，就是不想你們踩我同樣的坑。我真後悔之前沒認真留意看顧客的評價。

環境很好，就在紅水河邊上。交通便利，停車也方便，重點酒店還含早，對出差人士而言很便利。衞生和設施設備都齊全，值得推薦。

今晚的前台跟什麼一樣我都懶得説差評差評服務態度一點都不像樣，找這樣的前台連明源和金港的一半都比不過，服務太low了全部給差評

水多要兩瓶都不行？這個熱水也是，晚上洗澡跟冷水一樣，空調又不夠暖。大冷天的住這個酒店跟進冰庫一樣。

離高速路很近，很方便趕路，房間的床非常舒服，還有一個很大的投影，設施也是一應俱全，步行10分鐘就是美食節，不想走路的還可以騎共享電單車，總體來説，性價比超高
