**退房前台都沒有人 然後我就把房卡放前台 現在打電話給我説要扣超時房費 那為什麼你們前台沒有人上班 還有枕頭一個很硬 叫前台換一個也説等下找找看有沒有 難道一個酒店連枕頭都沒有嗎
