前台服務態度差，房間整體一般，躺床上就看見旁邊有煙頭，上位客人入住的沒打掃乾淨，床上被子回潮蓋在身上不太舒服，準備續住一晚，到前台非推薦辦會員卡，279住一晚送一晚，我説在攜程定才194，立馬關閉攜程，我説那不住，後來説我打開一家你定吧，我一看二百多了，最後沒定，正好攜程上面顯示旁邊有個維也納，我們換到維也納這邊住，房間比君萊乾淨多了，被子也沒有回潮感覺。希望攜程不要和這樣酒店合作，幫他宣傳客人到店裡就一直推薦辦會員卡。

酒店非常乾淨整潔，裝修也很舒服，進房間第一感覺味道很舒服，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡的很舒服。前台給人感覺也nice

酒店隔音效果不好，卡啦OK的音樂聲、開門聲有點吵。房間不是中央空調，空調製暖效果不好。酒店沒有門禁，晚上有小廣告從門縫裡塞進來。

這家酒店，第一天中午睡午覺，外面過道吵了半天，講話聲音非常大，好不容易睡着，一位房客使勁敲門，我把門打開，原來是敲錯了！第二天中午，我特意給前台服務員説，幫我延遲到兩點退房，商量了半天，又是讓我在攜程上給好評，又是想讓我一小時加30塊錢！！
好不容易商量好了，又讓我一點半退房，我也同意了，結果睡午覺到12：30，又打電話讓我趕快退房，説什麼沒有房間了！哎！下次不來了！

辦理入住在前台放下茶杯，主動出示身份證，前台服務員態度極度惡劣，和她説話全程不理睬，一個勁的看手機，最後還埋怨説我扔茶杯沒素質，我實在忍不住懟了她一句：説句話能**啊…
