We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

The hotel is just across the road from Interlaken West station. So, it's extremely convenient especially if you're catching an early train. The hotel also issue free bus & train transport card within Interlaken and between Interlaken Ost & West stations. The toilet comes with body shampoo. There are also 6 USB ports for charging your devices in the room. Though the rooms are next to the street, the window and balcony door are double glazed, which keeps out the noise. There's aircon in the room but you don't really need it in winter, the fee to turn on the air-conditioning is CHF20. Breakfast is just average, nothing interesting here.

The service is average, the room is average, it's a bit unbearable without air conditioning, it's very close to the building next door, I don't feel safe, it's located in the center of the West Railway Station, I probably won't stay here next time. The attic room on the third floor is a little bigger, but the layout is weird.

Restaurant on the first floor, accommodation on the second floor and above. The accommodation is hygienic and comfortable, and outside is the fairy tale world under the snow-capped mountains of Switzerland. The restaurant has a history of 100 years. The local mushroom soup in the Alps is so delicious. When I was a child, the mushrooms picked in the back mountain made the natural aroma. I also ate the wild (**) deer recommended by the neighboring table. The taste was a bit sour. I like it, but the portion is huge. The next day, after breakfast, I walked around the hotel at will. The scenery is picturesque. I personally feel that it doesn’t matter if I stay here for one night or not to go to Jungfrau. The only downside is 8 kilometers Panshan Road from Interlaken, but it is no problem for us to drive by car. The hotel has free parking spaces and the service staff are very friendly.

Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

The cleanest hostel you can imagine. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom are tidy and clean. Not the best pillow you want but I brought it myself so it didn't affect me. The room is really warm that I didn't have to cover myself even it is -3 outside. It is in good shape that you won't have to walk shoulder to shoulder. Everyone have their own locker that can easily fit my 30L backpack. However, there are only one EU socket in the room. It provides one USB A socket and a wireless charging rack for each bed but I don't think it is enough for people having laptop. Some of the wireless charger are also shaky so not the best place for you to put your phone on. The location is really good too, only 3 to 5 minutes to Interlaken West station and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost (East). Breakfast is average, not the best for budget travellers. COOP half-price food cost much less if you are not that picky.

Usually when you think of the term ”tourist trap” you think of a restaurant or an excursion of some sort. In this case, it's a hotel. This hotel is well-situated in the heart of Interlaken (the city of which is in itself a tourist trap but that's a different review). It also has a nice name and a regal exterior. It unsurprisingly seems to attract a lot of guests (myself included) as a result. I certainly regret staying here. I spent three nights here with my wife amidst a warm week in the area. Some of the highlights: - unbelievably old rooms with old, smelly carpets and dirty, peeling wallpaper - no air conditioning, simply a cheap plastic fan stocked in the closet of every room - very shoddy cleaning service in which clothes are left lying on the floor, coffee pods are not replenished...really not much is done aside from making the bed - very condescending front desk staff, namely one gentleman in particular who was unfortunately not wearing a name tag - kind and hard working breakfast staff at the restaurant which is unfortunately quite understaffed It was strange that in just three days at the hotel we noticed a very large number of visibly dissatisfied guests. All in all I recommend not staying here.

This review was written by my 8-year old daughter: About this hotel: It is a family hotel. If you are a kid, the first thing they are going to do is give you a teddy bear. It has a swimming pool and a gym. The swimming pool is really cool and it has a small waterfall built into a rock. The gym is quite big itself but we didn't go there. It has a nice view and a nice hotel restaurant. The food is really good and they have a really great breakfast. You order the main food and you get to choose the side dishes from a breakfast bar. For the main food, I picked omelet - it is quite yummy but it was not salty enough. For the side dishes, I picked cereal, kiwi and juice. They were all really yummy and sweet. You should go to Dorint. I give this hotel a five star review. -- From the parents' side a few additional notes: On the negative side - There is no AC in the apartment, so while this may not matter in the summer, it was quite warm during our visit (30-35C). It cools off nicely in the evening, but there are no screens on the window, so you'll likely end up with a few moths or other bugs in the room if you leave the windows open. On the positive side, they really cater well to families - from the teddy bear at check-in to a little board game on the back of the kids menu, to the small playground area (which seemed to be good for 4-6 year olds). They
