It has a beautiful large comfortable leather lounge where you and family/friends can gather and relax by the fireplace, or use as your base as you explore the Granite Belt region. Free WIFI. Ramp access. Only 10 minutes south to Stanthorpe or 30 minutes north to Warwick.
Pets allowed on prior approval (maximum two) at a cost of $20 per pet. You will be sent a payment request for pet(s) after booking. This is the second time we have stayed at Avalon. The house is very comfortable and cosy. The location was great for our weekend. Teresa is a great co-host. We will stay again next visit to Stanthorpe.

Stanthorpe getaway
This house is perfect for a getaway , fully fenced yard for pets, fireplace and a/c , 3 bedrooms. quiet location . Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed it.

Girls Weekend!
My stepdaughters and I spent a fantastic weekend @ Stanthorpe and we will be back! The house was great, convenient and totally welcoming. The manager/neighbour has the most beautiful dogs and she was able to answer all of our questions about what was available locally to eat and drink. Clean, homely

Family catch up.
Perfect spot for a catch up with our sister who lives in the area. Very comfortable house with everything we could possibly need. Would happily recommend.

Avalon
The property was clean and tidy. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard and making new friends with the dogs next door. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely warm wood fire in the evenings was a bonus.
