I booked and completed payment in the morning , received booking number and hotel check in voucher, tried to check in that evening and hotel staff could not find any booking on their system. The staff kept telling me to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I decided to contact the online help desk via Trip. The consultant contacted the hotel directly and eventually sorted out the issue , in total wasted about one hour just trying to do a simple thing.
WiFi very slow - signal comes and goes , sometimes even struggled to send messages, sometimes no problem ( unreliable )
Elevator music has loud and strange music playing ( sounds similar to an ice cream truck) try not to stay in a room close to the elevators or else you will wake up to the sound of that elevator music.
Tv in the room would randomly switch on during the night - would get woken up every night this way.
Hotel was very clean and modern, good variety of food items on the menu and snacks / drinks inside the room at good prices.
