The room was not that much tidy bathroom was poor bedsheets had stains they didn’t privide drinking water for free charged extra money

Average stay at this hotel. Room was almost good, but AC water leakage into the room was a concern. Although room and toilet looked old, they were functional and didn't have any major issues. Overall, 3/5 stars.

The palace tower hotel is nice and location is by Vadakke stand and very close to Vadakkanathan temple about 7 minutes of walking distance. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Rooms are okay need some little renovation.

Bathroom was in poor condition, excessive sound from the bathroom exhaust fan and the AC drain directly connected to the bathroom wall at a height making it seem like a secondary shower. The bedsheets were not renewed. While the rest of the room was pretty okay for a day’s stay, I think it’s overpriced. Would not recommend.

Overall, my stay was somewhat okay. I asked for coffee twice, and they said they would deliver it, but they never did. Eventually, i found out that such a service was not available. Instead of saying 'yes' they could have simply informed me that it wasn't provided. The room service was also not as good as i expected based on my previous stay.
