There was no hot water at night until the next day. The soundproofing of the room was not good and it was very noisy.

The hotel room is not well soundproofed and has a strong smell, so it is not recommended.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high.

Very conveniently close to the interstate. Quiet and very clean place. Check-in was quick and easy and Pete at the counter was friendly. Lots of restaurants close by too.

I arrived to the hotel 8 minutes before the designated check in time and walked to the front desk where I was greeted by a Kelly who put her hand up in a “talk to the hand” motion and told me that it wasn’t check in time yet. However a bus carrying a track team walked in directly behind me and was able to check in no problem. When asked the man behind the desk said well they called ahead. So if I had picked up the phone from my car it would have been no issue? The room was already ready, what does 8 minutes difference make? And neither here no there, there was no reason a customer service representative should have been so rude. Aside from that, the hotel smelled of chemicals, the shower got barely lukewarm, and we reserved a king with a pull out couch, but the couch had no sheets, blankets or pillows to use. Incredibly disappointed, not worth the price.

A bit dirty bathtub was unpleasant but the bed was comfortable however the pillows were awful. Gave no shampoo should’ve given more. Towels were not cleaned by the house cleaning

It was a good basic place to stay for the category of hotels. Nice front staff and the breakfast area was kept very clean.

I had exceptional & friendly customer service from the manager and staff during my entire stay. My room was also very comfortable, neat and clean. I felt I got excellent value for my money and enjoyed my stay greatly. I will stay there again on any future trip I may make to Richmond.

Toilet ran constantly unless you lifted lit and pushed down flapper. Flooring in room was uneven and not safe

Hotel is nice. The only problem I had was my hot water not working in my room and no one ever called me back.

Needed a place to get a good night's sleep and to fuel up in the morning. This property provided both.

The room design was both spacious and comfortable. The staff and overall atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. Even though there was no restaurant in the hotel, there were several close by. The breakfast had variety but i wish they had included whole grain bread or rolls.

The bathroom is ridiculously small, the pillows are very uncomfortable. Everything else is ok

The stay was much appreciated however I just feel the bathrooms are not taken care of as of the tub looked dirty after the 2nd day of staying there. Also breakfast could be more options of meat.
