The room was not clean as it should have been. Locks and latches where broken on the front door and the bathroom door. We decided to only stay for one night due to safety and health reasons.

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD… We booked a queen jacuzzi suite. The room was not clean it was cigarette butts around the jacuzzi tub the bed was a full size bed not a queen the furniture in the room looked like they pulled it out of the dumpster we called to cancel the reservation when we walked in and seen to conditions of the room and was told by the ******* operator that we would have to pay 150.00 cancellation fee even though the room was not as described when we made the booking as it was not a queen room but a full
