I reserved a king bed. There were five available the hotel gave it to someone else and shorted me on my reservation. Then made me pay king pricing and told me I had to sign agreeing with it..
Piss on the floors, was not clean. Girl at the front desk later at night was so rude I almost walked out.

Probably won't stay here again
A group of kids had overtaken the lobby in order to play video games on their phones - yelling across the small area to each as they played. Staff seemed immune to the event. Difficult to hear the person checking us in over the noise. No frills facility - at best.

Property has no iron board and hair dryer in room…only available upon request. We had to wait almost 24 hrs before we finally had a hair dryer in our room. The sink and tub were plugged. Informed the from desk, but received no service. One of the bed spread was flirty with blond hairs. Requested beddings to be changed, front desk just ignored our request.

Noisy! The walls are paper thin. In the lobby we were greeted by the front desk clerk, while a groupbof teenage boys in the lobby were loud and used profane language. After a 6 hr drive to the hotel all I wanted was sleep. The rooms on all sides remained noisy til 10:30. Beds were lovely. The room was clean. The service was good. Overall it was just loud!

I was really just upset with the fact that we booked a king and didn't get it they put us in a dirty room and had to switch us it was late and just not the best check in Experience

It was a little out of the way for the reason I went to Colorado for, but I found that I really liked WoodSprings and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and had a kitchenette (which I only used the refrigerator). The ONLY negative issue was that I think "Big Foot' was staying on the floor above me. Bang, bang, bang! But that was to be expected.

Didn’t sleep all night, very noisy. The individuals next to us (216) very noisy, tv very loud, till 11:30, then the arguing started at 2:30am, a lot of profanity and pounding at door to get back in the room. I’m sure everyone one on that floor heard it. Not sure if we will stay again

Staff was rude. They were always in the back and when we arrived I had to clear my throat so they knew I was there, the lady come out and says, “ Is there something I can help you with?”
Only gave us two towels, had to ask for the remote for the tv then it didn’t even turn it on or off. No coffee machine in the rooms. It was awful

I made a reservation for King size and they changed to two queen.
The room doesn’t have a sign for not disturb and housekeeping knock the door when I was sleeping at 10 am
