Upstairs from the entry is the open living, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. Up one more level you'll find a deck and sleeping loft with king bed and divider curtains for privacy. Outside there is a pool for summer months and plenty of space to play including volley ball and horseshoes. Check in and out was easy. Refrigerator worked but should have been wiped down. We only slept there. Not sure why there are 3 coffee machines. Read the info on table and found the kuerig where it was stored. I could not find a dish/kitchen towel and luckily I read the info and brought my own paper towels and TP. There was barely any left for our use so I used my own paper towels. A condo with 1 king bed 4 twins and 2 full beds needs more towels. I did not like any linens I found near washing machine and there was no pool towels and only 4 very small scratchy stiff thin bath towels. Luckily I brought my own beach towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Maybe they were stored somewhere I missed seeing? The king bed was comfortable but pillow needs to be replaced as It was torn with stuffing popped out. Housekeeping should let owner know they need to replace it. If I stayed there again I know I need to bring my own linens towels and pillows.

The house was perfect for what me and my family were looking for. There were enough beds for everyone, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating.

Location was very convenient to explore area around, and communication was very easy.
House is equiped for high occupancy, with 2 bunk beds, 2 double beds, and another Queen Bed upstairs which leave little room for large suitcases. It still worked for us.

A quiet neighborhood
I love how quiet it is. The place itself is a bit run down. Fridge had full of left over old food and dirty pan. Stove is just not usable but we didn’t have to bake anything. We did enjoy staying there.

Would stay again
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful area. The beds were very comfortable. One of my boys insist that we mark this place as a favorite so we can stay here again in the future.

We were a group of 6 staying 3 nights, 4 of us stayed here last year. I needed Amy’s assistance only once and she answered right away.

Perfect for hockey weekend
Condo as advertised. Quiet & comfortable. Short 15 min drive to Waterville Valley Ice Arena. Accomodated 3 Moms, 1 Dad & 3 pre-teen hockey players. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Simple but Perfect!
My fiancé and in-laws stayed at Amy’s condo for the Freestyle World Cup at Waterville Valley. The location was absolutely perfect - close enough to the mountain, but also only 10 minutes from the high way. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and had a great weekend!

Nice place, few issues
For the most part the place was pretty nice. The struggle I had was the Keurig only brewed cold water (didn't work) and the other coffee machine they had either I didn't know how to use it, or if just kept dumping all the grounds into the coffee, even if you used 2 filters. Also my friends are over paranoid, but were worried because a couple windows didn't lock, and we all would've loved to use their fireplace, but it was locked and unavailable.
