Very, very dated and neglected hotel. In need of renovation/refurbishment, painting, furnishing, just everything needs replacing: stairs, rooms, furniture, floors, window frames need to be replaced, ..... just really everything! The entire hotel is worn out, probably no maintenance has been done in the last 20 years. We had booked the small room, but it was not even 15m2, incl. the bathroom 22m2. (when we reported this we got the response: "But you also booked the small room!") That's right, but so small that you can barely move in it with 2 people! A bed of 1.40 wide, which we discovered after we had already booked. In an attic room with 1 small window, with a rotten frame that also needs to be replaced. Only 1 bedside table, on the other side there was a narrow wardrobe, between the wall and the bed. I had to bend under the sloping roof beam to my side of the bed, foot by foot, there was no more space. You couldn't even put your suitcase there. Clean towels, one of which had a hole in it! Very noisy, especially the elevator made quite a bit of noise. Bed was otherwise fine. No real hospitality, but more of a dutiful approach by the staff, with a fake smile. No 66 promised channels on TV, they would watch them, but that was not done. An uninviting old-fashioned dining/breakfast room, with worn and very old furniture and here and there not even clean. Breakfast was fine. In short, never stayed in such an old "junk". Price/quality is out of proportion. For €115,- per night p.p., incl. breakfast, they should deliver more quality.
