When I arrived at the hotel and tried to pay again with my card, Trip.com said they would cancel or refund the money I paid last June, but why isn't they doing that? The customer service representative said they would refund the money right away when I paid with my card, but it's been 4 days and it still hasn't happened. Why is that so?

Very comfortable, clean accommodation in an excellent location. Good off street parking for a small fee. Reserve! Very good breakfast delivered to room. Staff and owners are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Several good places to eat nearby or order in. Exceptional scenery around here both along the lake or in alpine regions. Suitable for longer stay.

I felt very comfortable and cosy. the bed and bed linen were top quality. I enjoyed the tranquilility of that place. It was super convenient to visit Thonon, a beautiful town, just 5 minutes by foot and Les Thermes. The staff was very helpful and pleasant; very openned to their customers. I will recommand Cote Chalet to anybody who wishes to chill. The very close walks to the lake Leman are just amazing. I am planning another visit to Cote Chalet with my family and friends.

Beautiful location with Lake Geneva views. Just 10 minutes walk to the port, or town centre. Fabulous, super clean room and bathroom with great little kitchenette, and wonderful balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Lovely welcome at reception. We will return as soon as possible!

Good location, close to the center and the port. Good welcome with advice on visits to the city appreciated. Spacious and functional room. Very pleasant and clean spa, too bad it is optional (34€ for 2 for 1 hour) Negative point: room a little dusty. The breakfast basket is not great for 11€ per person, lacks freshness.

Nous avons passé un délicieux week end à Thonon et dans les environs et notre point de chute, fut une agréable découverte. Merci à Valérie et Dominique pour l accueil chaleureux et vrai! nous avons eu la chance d être surclassés. nous avons pu profiter d'un studio très propre et bien équipé. La literie est parfaite pour une nuit de sommeil réparateur. Le petit déjeuner copieux et local, un régal. Et pour le spa, jacuzzi et sauna, que du bonheur. Un séjour idyllique pour se ressourcer, profiter, s'aérer. A refaire et à recommander! Merci pour cette parenthèse et pour votre sympathie. Belle continuation à vous :-)

Hotel avec vue sur le lac. Emplacement à quelques mètres du centre-ville de Thonon. un grand merci à la dame de l'accueil pour sa disponibilité et son écoute . Très belle chambre. On peut aussi profiter du jacuzzi. Tout est mise en œuvre pour passer un bon moment.
