Clean but in need of Repair The check in was ok. The room was clean; however, it is only partially updated. The bed and storage were all new and comfortable, but the door trims to the bathroom, the outside door and baseboard were terrible dirty and unpainted in places. The electrical outlet by the sink was not in the wall making use questionable to unsafe.

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed they never cleaned my room or changed my sheets. I couldn't walk in bare feet the floor was so dirty. The damage to the room was so bad I took pictures. The bathroom was as bad as it gets. I bought cleaning supplies to clean the room and air freshener because the smell of cigarette smoke. The worst place I have ever stayed

Two Day Stay The lobby smelled like smoke the duration of the trip. Rooms need to be upgraded. Old furniture and fixtures. Front desk staff were courteous.

Pass this one up if you're a stickler for details. Two story remodeled old Budget Inn. Exterior doors. No elevator. It was very clean, but I didn't care for the cigarette burns in the comforter...in a non smoking room. Lots of people hanging out by their doors. Overall a good crowd. Very glad we weren't near them though so we got a good night's rest, except for the plastic sheeting that crinkles every time you move. It's convenient, clean, and a fair price. You just need somewhat of a sense of humor to stay here though. Check out was quick, friendly, and easy. I didn't bother to check the breakfast.

Filthy unkempt property. Bathtubs and sinks have the enamel coming off. room hasn’t been painted in years. Huge areas of chipped paint. Literally garbage under and behind furnishings. I asked for non-smoking, they said ******* didn’t show i reserved non-smoking. I can’t blame them for that if ******* didn’t show it, but still showed no interest in getting me another room. I quit asking after the second day. Horrible smoke smell. Like extreme. It was a cheap price, you get what you pay for. Plus, i’m from the area and was displaced by hurricane helene, thompson is not the place to stay, unless you just have to he in that town for some reason. Go a few miles down the road and stay in grovetown, much better situation all around.
