I Was On The Complimentary Computer & An African American Male Restaurant Employee Approached Me With ”I Know Who You Are & I Saw You When You Entered The Hotel.” He Then Informed Me That The Complimentary Computer Is For Hotel Guests Only WITHOUT EVEN Asking Me If I Had A Hotel Reservation Or If I Was A Hotel Guest!! I Communicated With Jennifer-”Front Desk” That Was Friendly & Professional That Made Me Feel Special As A ”Marriott Hotel Guest”. I Feel Based On My Gender & Race That Was The Reason Why I Was Approached Unprofessional That Made Me Feel Unwelcomed As A ”Marriott Hotel Guest”! I Had A Moment Where I Wanted To CRY! I Am Thankful For Jennifer-”Front Desk” That Was Friendly & Professional To Me As A ”Hotel Guest”. My Hotel Room Was Very Spacious, Clean & Comfortable Which I Expect At ”Marriott Hotel”. The Hotel Lobby Is Very Visually Attractive & So Is The Gazebo As Well. PLEASE Communicate To The Male Restaurant Employee To Approach ALL Hotel Guests In A Professional Manner Concerning A Hotel Guest's Reservation At This Hotel Property When He Sees Hotel Guests Using The Hotel's Complimentary Computer In The Future!! I Really Need To Communicate As Well To The ”General Manager” Amoy & Antoinette Johnson-”Guest Services Manager” On My Hotel Guest Experience Concerning The Restaurant Male Employee!!

The surrounding environment is very good, it is a little far from the exhibition.

After check-in, the front desk gave two in room dinner cash coupons, 25 US dollars. You can use the deduction directly. Convenient. There is a gallery downstairs. If you are interested in art, you can go for a stroll.

Sat., 12/17/22. Came down for breakfast at 8:10am. Reported at 8:13, the biscuits needed to be replenished. Front desk clerk who remained in the back and only came out when some approached the desk stated she is working on it. Then proceeded to observe 5 employees parade in after clocking in (my assumption based on how quickly they were trying to get in the employee entrance) to come fix their plates (not 1 but 2 piled high) and walk to the back. I see why there is no food on the breakfast bar! Where is the manager? There needs to be a mgr working on the wkends for this reason. We waited 30 minutes for the replenishment of fruit and still nothing. I am used to seeing everyone assist when there are a lot of guests waiting. It’s called teamwork. Hilton/Hampton Inn a few recommendations: check clock-ins, install cameras, check food inventory and have a mgr working wkends. Remember customers and customer satisfaction drives business.

Nice place for a morning walk behind the hotel but at nighttime i walked over to nearby Applebees and your taking your life in your hands on the roads , breakfast is fine once but by the third day I’d had enough and wanted something healthy , rooms and people were good

The staff has exceptional customer service from the front desk to hospitality! The wine and cheese from 5 - 7 were great to ”wind down” for the day and the cookies and milk from 8 - 9 were so tasty for an evening treat or bedtime snack. My room was LARGE with two levels - queen size bed, a large sofa, a side chair, and a faux fireplace with a space heater to imitate the real deal. The space heater did heat up the room because it was quite chilly. The only complaint I have is that my microwave did not work and it was pretty cold in the rooms but the staff was more than willing to accommodate my needs. The floors creek a lot when people are walking or just settling for the evening. Those little inconveniences will be there with the age of this building but it also speaks to its history...thus the story of Sally the Ghost. I was not afraid of that after reading about her story on my first night there.

The SprinHill Suites at Hanes Mall is a great Suite Hotel. The rooms were somewhat small to be a suite, but it was perfect for me and my travels. They were clean, and staff were being mindful of COVID and the sanitation required. They were extremely helpful and ensured they were taking care of guests. The breakfast was great, 2 different types of waffles. Amazing muffins, sausage or bacon and eggs, plus all your other breakfast items. I enjoyed the fact that they had a large variety of hot teas to choose from, not just coffee. The location is amazing, next to the mall and all the restaurants surrounding.

I'm sure some of the rooms here are very nice, but though mine was ”superior” (according to Wyndham), it wasn't one of the very nice ones. It was in a wing of the complex accessed through a maze, overlooking the parking lot on one side, and with a window to the dining area on another. The dining area window was interesting in the morning when I, in my underwear, opened the shutters to let in some light and discovered a crowd having breakfast. Other things that contribute to a subpar experience: bathroom sink that didn't drain, no convenient outlets next to the bed for charging, no light switch next to the bed, confusingly placed wall switches, uninteresting TV channel selection. Bar closed at 9? 10? too early anyway. Breakfast was nice, in a nice, though small, corner of a room. The older part of the building is beautiful. Pleasant outdoor porch seating areas.
