We had recently booked a 3 days and 3 nights stay at The residency towers Trivandrum. This was the second time we had booked at the residency towers, the first time was 5yrs back. The hotel is very cleanly maintained and the food is very good. Above all the staff is very helpful. During our stay, we had an unfortunate accident where my elderly mother fell from the bed and hit her head on the side table. The cut was deep and it was bleeding profusely. We called the reception for help and the ***ager (Mr. Vishnu) came promptly to our room with a first aid kit. He with the help of one of his colleagues suggested a good hospital nearby and we took our mother there. The ***ager was with us the entire time at the hospital and paid all the bills (which we reimbursed later that day ) and got all the prescribed medicines. He was with us until we got back to our room. It was impressive to see how quickly they acted, thought of a hospital with a CT scan facility (since it was a head injury) and took full control of the situation when we were all worried and caring for my mother. Even though it was our last night there, the ***ager was so kind and caring enough to give us an extra rollaway bed so that my mother could get some extra space and sleep peacefully without having to worry about slipping out of the bed again. These kind of services especially at a hard time truly says a lot about how much they care for their customers. We, the whole family, are truly thankful to the staff of The Residency towers, especially Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

Great value for money. The apartment offers clean, spacious units at affordable price. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

OOnelazytravellerThe KTDC Grand Chaitram, Thiruvananthapuram is a government hotel which provides quality services at affordable tariffs. The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.

GGuest UserBlue-way residency is a new hotel. Here staying is wonderful. Good location and feeling comfortable. Here breakfast is not available now. Here there are 3 types of rooms. A small family is also staying very comfortable.

Let's start with this place point by point date of visit (7 may to 8 may) 1- reached the hotel little early around 8.30 am. The assistant manager (Mahesh) said he will try to give the room by 11 after confirming with the manager (who refused to share his name but has worked for 11 years in Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai) The manager refused and asked for additional amount. Which I understand must be the policy. But the arrogance of the manager is hard to miss 2- the room was filled with mosquitos. There was no Soap. The Linen was untidy 3- the Highlight (Check out) we checked out at 11.30 the official time and requested to keep the luggage at the side for sometime till we get some clothes and snacks. The Manager replied not more than 1 hour as it will create disturbance to us. How can 2 bags create disturbance if it's kept in a corner of the waiting area. Part 2 - we reached back by 1.10 pm which he didn't appreciate. We asked the manager about the other places that we can visit, he was completely clueless and had zero interest in replying. While we were sitting quietly in the waiting area he asked us to get out in an extremely rude manner. You can't ask your guests to get out of the property, they are not causing any inconvenience to other patrons. Please please please avoid this place just for the Manager. He is not worthy of being in the Hospitality industry. I really hope the owner of the property takes note of this incident and takes some action against the manager because despite being at good location the people who are running it are leaving a bad taste. I'm writing this review from a restaurant nearby the property as we were asked to GET OUT. P.S. the assistant Mahesh did apologize on behalf of the manager but the damage was done by then
