Prepaid driver didn’t　bring up to hotels gate, he left on the way to hotel's slope in the midnight. I had to carry big luggage by myself! It's better to ask hotel to pick up to the airport.

******* house - there were weird things similar to a ******* place, tilted chandelier, handprints on room ceiling, doors locking etc ! The property is very terribly maintained with rude staff and owner. The lift was not working - they asked us to climb till 3rd floor with my 72 year old parents. The ac remote was broken, door knobs were broken, bathroom tub and toilet seats had cracks. The traveler or bigger vehicle cannot go till hotel. The rooms were not at all as were . On complaining to the owner he said we don’t put any pictures . The staff was rude - they said we cannot help if this is not working it’s your problem, we are just employees here

The property is good but it is not maintained well. The rooms are not worth the amount being charged. Stained bedsheets and half filled toiletries were a disappointment. The parking is a little tricky so if you are going by car then be careful. The staff was also not courteous.

Atmospheric, traditional and kind It is a place full of character. Delightful staff (limited English with some did not take away from their kindness and personal care). The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music. My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane. The room was spacious and comfortable: a bit old fashioned so this is not a modern smart business hotel. It is much better. I really enjoyed my stay. The worst thing was the feeble WiFi. Plenty of storage and the bathroom entirely adequate. Its proximity to the beach, the quieter end, is a bonus.

Hotel is nearly 2 mins walk from beach. Best thing of the hotel is staff. Veg food is available. I booked for my in laws. And they enjoyed

The hotel is poorly managed and understaffed. It used to be good, but now it's sad reminder of the glorious past. Fixtures in the room don't work properly. Air conditioning doesn't work. They don't have their own restaurant and get food from outside. Only plus are rooms are good. Not value for money.

There are two sides of hotel, one part facing sea beach another main part completely packed, very poor ventilation. Ac at midnight become off. Poor infrastructure. Restaurant serve only breakfast. Staff are good. I get nothing from this hotel except one closed room with window you can't open due to dirt. No intercom system to call or connect. You have to call directly with reception

I was booked in here for a business trip for seven nights and stayed 2. On arrival, I was not given towels, toilet paper, a mosquito plug in repellent. After coming back from business on the first night, I found someone had been in the room and disturbed a lot of my things. I reported this and was told it was a monkey. Monkies do come onto the balcony but I had locked the door. The second day on return my hair gel and after shave balm had been stolen. The management denied anything and were less than helpful. I checked out the next day. Please see the pictures and descriptions. This is not a safe place.
