Even though rooms were clean, Libra hotel is not at all suitable or safe for family with kids. They have a bar at 3rd floor where very cheap people visit for drinks. During our stay even there was a police raid. MakeMyTrip should mark that property “not suggested for family”.

Ac was not funtional and when informed to reception they told like fix with in 15 minutes but after that they are not picking the call . Also there is no fan and didn’t sleep and before 7 am vacated the room

My car was damaged at their parking and the hotel took no responsibility. No refund or compensation. Terrible experience. Stay away from this stay for your safety as it is a Bar Hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. But the ac made some occasional disturbing sound at night. The swing option was not working fine. Washroom was very clean. Spacious room. Clean. All good.

I had a conference to attend in sree chitra, since this was close by i booked this hotel. This hotel is so expensive for its facilities. I had booked an executive room which did not look like one. We are in 2025 where the basic thing is a restaurant in a hotel, which this particular administration was particularly oblivious to. There was no restaurant, forget a breakfast which you can request for it to be made complimentary. I suggest people to either book a nicer hotel or instead find more budget friendly options than booking this hotel. It wasnt a very nice experience staying in this hotel.

Overall good. Ask receptionist to provide rooms other than 3rd floor. Because a bar is in third floor and people drunk and make disgusting noice and cigarettes smokes from bar enters the room. Except this stay is good
