I had booked hotel prince palace in trivandrum via makemytrip.com. but I got a bad experience from the hotel side. already paid the amount in the portal when the time of booking. but I reached the hotel then the receptionist ask more mony around rs.700. i just ask to the person why you need more mony. the guy told me thet the actual rate of the room was not updated the portal from the side of makemytrip.cok so they need approx rs.700. or contact the portal and ask refund . they can't provide the room.after a long drive i have no time to argue with the receptionist. so I just ask ti give me the room for the amount i paid. they give me a small room. in the room there is no space, tv remorte not working properly, no cleaning service, less parking space. i don't recommend this hotel. also lots of reviews in Google the people who have in the reception asking more mony. you can check it in Google reviews.
