A nice clean place , very courteous staff, food quality good and quantity more than sufficient - housekeeping solved problems ,if any , quick - .the location is good ( a road indicator when to take the byroad would be helpful) will keep option open to come again.

Touring Kerala we arrived at the Grand Gokalum hotel, welcomed by Savitha, thinakaran and Samuel🌷 .recently built,it is beautiful inside, well equipped with pool,gym ground floor restaurant,but best of all the reception,Lasitha and team, checked us in quickly and made us feel welcome!Rahul the front desk manager⭐ made sure we were looked after as we had a baby 🍼with us Congratulations to the Manager Gopi Mohan for selecting a great team!🙏Must mention the restaurant manager Shibin, supervisor Justin,staff Anand,Pradhinya who ran around for all our food needs!☕ Rooms are with spectacular veiws 👀 spacious,clean .overseen by supervisor Sabu,with Gobind,Unnimaya,Nandu, Shamila which made our stay memorable Maintenance Akil,pool guard Ajayaghosh,Flo,Gokul. I would highly recommend this hotel world wide 🌎 to any family to enjoy it's luxury and hospitality, I am a testament to it's friendly staff why I mentioned as many names as possible,as you too can meet these amazing people

I stayed in the hotel for almost five days, we were here for the 3rd time especially because of the service they provided, the restaurent staffs was very helpfull, especially mr Vipin, Gokul, and fathima, they helped us for every time, we will be coming back here..

Mr. Rajesh, Miss Januka, Mr. Shibin, and the rest of the team did a wonderful job on our 10th wedding anniversary. From decorating the table to preparing the anniversary cake, everything was perfect and executed fantastically. They truly made our day very special. A heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful souls for their exceptional service and kindness, especially Miss Januka. She is truly a gem—vibrant, lively, and especially great with children.

Hotel is situated at very convenient location from airport. It has all amenities and very nicely done wrt design, decor, rooms, restaurant. Nicely maintained property. Housekeeping done perfectly. Housekeeper Babina was very thorough.

Long stay and a great stay. The rooms are great with good sleep quality. The house keeping staff were really sincere, specially Sndra. The restaurant, the in room dining options all were great. The gym and pool area were good and were well utilises. Very close to Lullu Mall as well Overall, a great experience.
