Comfortable basic hotel, staff need little more training on being proactive when providing customer service. But their restaurant should be given Mitchelin star. It is one of the best in the world. Must get deserving recognition

Stay was totally Good, location is near to Bus stand and railway station. Restaurant is good and hygiene.

I had to have a long wait for checking in . After checking in I couldn't avail the room which I booked. I booked for 3 adults but the room was so congested and could not even move without having stumbled. The shower was not working so we couldn't take bath on time and we were late by hours to attend the marriage ceremony for which we had been there for. The kettle was damaged and dirty. The utensils were untidy. The beds provided were dirty and damaged not even worth for a penny. The food we had from their restaurant at our expense was stale. Over and above when we are outside to visit a government office for an urgent matter they were calling us over phone and threatened us to check out 11.30am. They made calls over phone many a time for this reason and threw spanner into our work even after making them convince about our position. My humble request is that please don't recommend this shoddy hotel for any guest . This hotel is both hopeless and worthless.

The location of the hotel is great - very close to Central railway station. The vegetarian food is excellent. Rooms are clean. Room service is not available.

food is good but stay is average, some bad smell from bathroom and little disturbance of noise from corridors as its closely connected .
if looking for a 1 day stay then it's good but recommending for restaurant as best food in an around station area

Food was excellent. Rooms can have more charging points. Staff are courteous. Located near to airport and railway Stations. Must try their meals.

Its good, neet and clean property. Location is excellent, staff is very much coperative. We did not have food.
