Centrally located, the hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, the fixtures new & well maintained, excellent view. The hotel staff was most helpful. From the watchman directing parking to those manning the front desk. We had a great time.

Very centrally located. Food is ok. Needs better Management and a lot more staff and maintenance. Linen is all dirty and faded. In the bathroom , the shower cubicle is so badly designed that one can barely stretch one s hand and no shelves to keep things. Our experience of breakfast was very poor. We entered at 9 45 ( breakfast was till 10) and we hardly got any food. The hot counter was supposedly working but got stone cold dosas with no chutney and staff was not ready to even serve tea and coffee We could see no Managers around in the three days we stayed
