Thiruvananthapuram Hotels with Bars

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

No welcome drink which set the tone for bad start. Went for a quick lunch to Mynt before a pre booked city tour and there was nothing quick about it. Ordered ala carte and even though we were told sandwiches could take 20-25 min, we ordered them with time to spare only to be disappointed with one arriving after 35 min and the other as we were ready to leave. This had to be packed as a takeaway. Return to the room after being out to find that there was no turn down service and no replenishment of room supplies. Called to request items and it took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to receive. I am still here for one more night, together with our elderly family members and I can only hope that someone sees this and makes some substantial changes to help redeem our holiday. The only positives so far was the door men, luggage porter at entrance, bell hop and in-person front desk. We did receive a complimentary snack at lunch but would have much preferred a quicker service.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

You can feel the essence of Kerala. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Well equipped gym. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nearby beaches and temples. You can have yummy South Indian cousins with other North Indian cousins options and a lot of sweets to relish.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

Good day dear reader friends I am Sunil Kalia from Mumbai On 19June 2024 it was my birth day ***** with Rahul Gandhi Hence I decided to celebrate it with my wife and son Accordingly family decided to move out of Mumbai for birthday celebrations we planed to fly by Indigo airlines to THIRUVANANTHPURAM NOW searched for hotel for stay through Make my trip app and THE SOUTH PARK 5 STAR property was recommended we booked our 3 days stay 2 rooms check in 19 June and check out 22 June (MAP) with breakfast and dinner On our arrival at the hotel for check in on 19 June the front office gave us warm welcome without taking much of time we were allotted room nom 405 and 419 on forth floor both rooms facing swimming pool and Mahatma Gandhi road Both our rooms were elegantly designed to provide all needs of guest now in our room the very first person from hotel side who came for our welcome was LEKHI mam from housekeeping team she was very polite and assured to take very good care of us during our stay In the night we approached regency restaurant for our dinner again Mr VIKAS chef came to meet and greet us and assured all sort of service we had great spread out of food in buffet dinner every thing was value for money next morning before breakfast Mr Suresh heading team house keeping came to our room for greeting us i requested him to kindly introduce me to hotel General Manager. To my surprise within few minutes Shri BIJOY sir hotel General Manager personally came to our room. I shared my grievance with him and all my issues was solved with in no time apart above all meeting Shri BIJOY sir was great experience he is Gem of *** he gave warm send off during our check out based on my above personal experience readers looking for hotel for their stay at Thiruvananthapuram may consider hotel THE SOUTH PARK a great place to stay with family in the care of Bijoy sir

The hotel is old and some facilities are aging, but the pattern is definitely one of the best hotels in the past. The layout of the garden-style hotel is definitely high in the city center. It is more than one grade higher than the only Hilton Hotel in Kerala. The room is spacious, there is a foyer in the English layout, and the big bed room is made. The feeling of the suite. Check-out can be extended until 8 o'clock in the evening, which may be related to the off-season. The service is absolutely convincing, and the dining is also delicious, comparing the authentic Indian cuisine.

My experience at Biheira Hotel and Suites in Trivandrum was far from satisfactory. The check-out process was incredibly lethargic, and the food ***ager's service was subpar, going as far as forcing another customer to pay for his mistakes. Astonishingly, while they didn't charge one client during checkout, my bill was unfairly altered. The unpleasantness escalated as the restaurant ***ager exhibited rude behavior, scolding and threatening me for not knowing Malayali. To make matters worse, he intentionally changed the room number in the bill, and shockingly, the hotel ***ager witnessed and accepted it. The climax involved the hotel ***ager pressuring the receptionist girl to deduct an amount from her account, ultimately leaving me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Overall, an utterly disappointing stay marked by poor service, unfair practices, and unpleasant encounters.

This property is located on the main road itself and is very close to the railway station. Hence it is very easily accessible. The quality of service is also good and the staffs are well behaved and very friendly. The food is also good and they do have a good spread for the breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel for the rate they offer.
