One of the best Luxury Ayurvedic resorts in Kovalam, Kerala - We stayed there for two nights. There are different kinds of cottages with traditional Kerala architecture that feature earthy interiors, natural surroundings, nice walkways, and open-to-sky rain showers. You can go to the temple, local fish market, or famed backwaters from there or relax and spend time inside and enjoy the heavenly setting. Whether by the pool or at the restaurants, you can have spectacular views of the Arabian Sea. Private beaches! Evening and morning yoga and meditation classes! Live music by the pool while you enjoy your dinner and very courteous hard-working staff. Gourav Deb the chief of operation was very welcoming. If we go next time we will just stay inside. Love the peaceful place so much.

We had a good experience. Beautiful resort. Clean hygienic rooms. Quite and peaceful. Helpful staff. Massage is also pretty decent. Very serene environment...perfect for meditation or yoga.... or just some quite time by yourself thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing experience at the Niraamaya Wellness Retreats in Kovalam and highly recommend this exceptional and idyllic destination. I did a five day personalised yoga and meditation retreat which was absolutely wonderful and tailored to my needs thanks to Unni the most gentle, patient and accomodating yoga Guru I ever met. The highlight of the retreat was the Christmas Eve Gala and Christmas day celebration with an elephant which were both astonishing. A huge thank you to the whole team for their hard work, caring hospitality and making my stay memorable. Thank you in particular to Akshay from housekeeping, Gouri from the Samsara restaurant and last but not least to Gourav Dev, Chief of Operations who went above and beyond throughout my whole stay and helped me plant a memory tree. There's still Human Kindness in the world and you can find it at Niraamaya in Kovalam.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at the Niraamaya retreat. This is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting with its own private beach. We joined the Yoga and Meditation sessions guided by Mr. Unni Krishnan. I found Mr. Unni Krishnan very knowledgeable and excellent Yoga and Meditation Guru. Mr. Unni made the sessions fun and I will highly recommend to join these sessions while staying at the retreat. Overall we had an excellent experience and will highly recommend it.

Blissful stay at Niraamaya Retreats. We stayed here for 6 nights as a start to our Kerala winter family holiday, to relax and unwind. The location was beautiful. Our bungalows had beautiful sea views and sounds of the crashing waves beneath. The teenagers slept in but we enjoyed yoga every morning with the wonderful Ooni guiding us. His gentle, warm tuition was excellent. As fairly newcomers to yoga he was the best teacher we could have found and his sing-song voice will endure in our minds to take forward with pure joy as we return to the UK and the fast pace of life. The Ayurvedic treatments we also enjoyed and great care was taken to give us excellent treatment for aches and pains and mental fatigue from the fast lane back home. Good was delicious. We were there on world mediation day and Ooni led a guided meditation by candlelight in the magical gardens - it was a sublime way to end our special week at Niraamaya. Thank you so much

The resort, the location and the staff was just amazing. Very nice, superb treatment, yoga and food. Great all around experience. The Ayurveda SPA is a wonderful facility with knowledgeable doctors and attentive people. The treatments helped to relax body and mind. This in combination with yoga and meditation helps you to renew and get into calm , clean state of mind. Thank you all very much.
