We had an excellent experience during our stay at the Niraamaya retreat. This is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting with its own private beach. We joined the Yoga and Meditation sessions guided by Mr. Unni Krishnan. I found Mr. Unni Krishnan very knowledgeable and excellent Yoga and Meditation Guru. Mr. Unni made the sessions fun and I will highly recommend to join these sessions while staying at the retreat. Overall we had an excellent experience and will highly recommend it.

Blissful stay at Niraamaya Retreats. We stayed here for 6 nights as a start to our Kerala winter family holiday, to relax and unwind. The location was beautiful. Our bungalows had beautiful sea views and sounds of the crashing waves beneath. The teenagers slept in but we enjoyed yoga every morning with the wonderful Ooni guiding us. His gentle, warm tuition was excellent. As fairly newcomers to yoga he was the best teacher we could have found and his sing-song voice will endure in our minds to take forward with pure joy as we return to the UK and the fast pace of life. The Ayurvedic treatments we also enjoyed and great care was taken to give us excellent treatment for aches and pains and mental fatigue from the fast lane back home. Good was delicious. We were there on world mediation day and Ooni led a guided meditation by candlelight in the magical gardens - it was a sublime way to end our special week at Niraamaya. Thank you so much

Niramaya the paradise resort , very good experience, the service is exceptional and the Ayurvedic treatments are very good ! Mentioning the Yoga and meditation classes with a very human and good teacher! The food is amazing and the treatments excellent! Thank you Niramaya

The resort, the location and the staff was just amazing. Very nice, superb treatment, yoga and food. Great all around experience. The Ayurveda SPA is a wonderful facility with knowledgeable doctors and attentive people. The treatments helped to relax body and mind. This in combination with yoga and meditation helps you to renew and get into calm , clean state of mind. Thank you all very much.

My wife & I had such a delightful and relaxing experience here at Niramaaya Kovalam, the staff are all so lovely & friendly. The accomodation was tasteful yet luxurious & property is simply gorgeous despite the port nearby which is bit of an eye-sore tbh. Overall we had the best anniversary celebration , heavenly swims at the private beach everyday , delicious breakfasts and healthy South Indian food at the restaurant and deeply rejuvenating treatments at the spa. 5-stars overall no doubt, thank you everyone at Niramaaya for making our stay extra special , this was a trip to remember.

Great place to relax and calm down. The beautiful view and stay were excellent. Morning yoga with yoga teacher Unni was a great experience. The food was amazing. Took spa treatments and Dr.Grishma was very knowledgeable and supportive. Would love to come back again
